We are pleased to offer a curated, made-to-order experience. Each piece is created exclusively for you and handled with care from production through to delivery.


Order Processing

All items are crafted on demand through our trusted production partners, allowing us to maintain exceptional quality while minimising waste.

  • Processing time: 2–7 business days
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your order to the highest standard.


Delivery Timeframes

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery option.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United Kingdom: 2-5 business days
  • Europe: 7-15 business days
  • International: 5-20 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and, while we aim to meet them, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control.


Shipping & Fulfilment

We partner with a carefully selected network of production and logistics providers to ensure your order is produced and delivered with precision and care.

As a result, items within the same order may be shipped separately and arrive in multiple deliveries.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become available.


Customs & Duties

For international deliveries, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

We are unable to redirect orders once they have entered production or been dispatched. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.


Delivery Issues

While we strive to ensure a seamless delivery experience, we cannot be held responsible for parcels once they have been marked as delivered.

If you experience any issues with your delivery, we encourage you to contact us and we will gladly assist where possible.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Kindly include your order number and clear photographic evidence. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund.
