Made-to-Order Philosophy

Every item is produced individually through our trusted partners once your order is placed. This approach ensures exclusivity and reduces unnecessary waste.

As a result, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for non-fault-related reasons.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Personal preference
  • Incorrect shipping details provided at checkout

We encourage you to review all product information carefully before completing your purchase.

EU law gives customers a 14-day right to cancel (cooling-off period) and return most items, no questions asked.

Note: custom/personalised print-on-demand items may be exempt from this right.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives with a fault or inconsistency, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographic evidence

Once reviewed, we will arrange a complimentary replacement or full refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to be processed by your bank or payment provider.

Order Amendments & Cancellations

As production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellations or changes must be requested within 12 hours.

After this window, we are unable to guarantee modifications.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not yet been received, we recommend:

  2. Contacting your card provider
  3. Contacting your bank
